In the Admin Links section, click on the Add Game link, which will take you to a tournament selection page. Click on the link for the tournament that you would like to add your game to, and then enter a name for your new game in the blank.

Click on the button "Create New Game", and your game will be created. You will end up on the Edit Game Settings page for your game, where you can make any changes you want to your fresh game.
